TERMS AND CONDITIONS – LOVE EMPORIUM:

1. Shop, eat or play for Rs. 25,000 or above to claim 1 Hi-Tea only OR Rs. 50,000 or above to claim 1 Dinner Buffet at The Nishat Hotel, Johar Town.
2. Purchases from Carrefour, Hyundai, and Gold Purchases are not included.
3. The Hi-Tea/ Dinner Buffet can be availed on the same day or the following day as per the mentioned stamped date on the voucher.
4. Physical Shopping with receipts of the same day must be shown to claim the free voucher.
5. The voucher will not be entertained after the given date and time on the voucher.
6. Please give your correct contact details to the reservation staff present at the Customer Service Desk located at Level 0.
7. Past dated receipts will not be entertained.
8. The voucher can neither be transferred nor sold to another person.
9. Nishat Hotels & Properties Ltd’s Employees & Mall Brand owners and their staff are not eligible to participate in the event.
10. If the customer wants to convert the Hi Tea Voucher into Dinner Voucher he/she will have to pay the exceeding amount.
11. Mall Management reserves the right to modify or postpone the  event due to any unforeseen circumstances or on the directives of the Punjab Government.
