Terms & Conditions for Jump Zone
1. On shopping for PKR. 40,000 or more, get Free Entry to the Jump Zone X Emporium Mall Inflatables, or buy a ticket for PKR 1000 per person.
2. Entry will be limited to a maximum of 20 members per family or group at the same time.
3. Shopping from Carrefour, Hyundai, and gold purchases are not eligible for this offer.
4. Please note that only purchases made on the same date will be considered
5. Please present your shopping receipts and physical purchases to the mall staff for entry.
6. Brand/ Mall employees can only enter the setup if they purchase a ticket.
7. Please cooperate with the mall management and ushers when you enter the inflatables.
8. Any person can get one time entry on a single ticket; person can buy new ticket for re-entry.
9. Customers can enjoy 2 free rides at Fun Factory Level 3, valid for the same day.
10. Rewards are valid only upon completing the track within the announced challenge time.
11. Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
13. Play time is 20 – 25 minutes.
14. No refund or exchange after the session starts.
15. Only children above 100 cm in height are allowed.
16. Children must follow staff instructions; parents are responsible for their safety.
17. Rough play, pushing, climbing, wrestling, or flips are strictly prohibited.
18. Emporium Mall management reserves the right to continue or discontinue this event at any time.
19. Tickets are non-refundable if guests choose to leave the inflatables early.
20. Guests are not allowed to touch, fight, or push the ushers inside the inflatables.
21. Any damages caused by the visitor within the inflatables will be charged to the visitor.
22. No sharp objects, jewelry, eatables & personal belongings allowed inside the inflatables.
23. Consent form must be signed by Parents or Guardians before entering the inflatables.
