TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Haunted Dungeon

This Haunted Dungeon is extremely scary with dark, confined spaces, loud noises, and flashing lights. Not recommended for people who are claustrophobic, have heart conditions, epilepsy, or are pregnant. Jump scares and graphic visuals inside. Proceed if you dare!
- On shopping for PKR. 25,000 or more, get Free Entry to the Haunted Dungeon, or buy a ticket for PKR 500 per person.
- Entry will be limited to a maximum of 5 members per family or group at the same time.
- Shopping from Carrefour, Hyundai, and gold purchases are not eligible for this offer.
- Please note that only purchases made on the same date will be considered.
- Please present your shopping receipts and physical purchases to the mall staff for entry.
- Brand/ Mall employees can only enter the setup if they purchase a ticket.
- Please cooperate with the mall management and ushers when you enter the room.
- 1 Group can spend a maximum of 15 minutes inside the Haunted Dungeon.
- Emporium Mall management reserves the right to continue or discontinue this event at any time.
- Tickets are non-refundable if guests choose to leave the Haunted Dungeon early.
- Guests are not allowed to touch, fight, or push the ushers inside the Haunted Dungeon.
- Any damages caused by the visitor within the Haunted Dungeon will be charged to the visitor.
- Children may enter only under the responsibility of their parents.
- Visitors with heart conditions and women expecting are not advised to enter the Haunted Dungeon.
