TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Enchanted Forest

1. Shop, Eat, or Play for Rs. 25,000 and get 1 free Hi-Tea Buffet Voucher at The Nishat Hotel.
2. Shop, Eat, or Play for Rs. 50,000 and get 1 free Dinner Buffet Voucher at The Nishat Hotel.
3. The Hi-Tea and Dinner vouchers are valid at Nishat Hotel, Johar Town only.
4. Shopping from Carrefour will not be included.
5. Shopping must be of the same date. Past-dated receipts will not be accepted.
6. Physical shopping receipts for the same day must be presented to claim the vouchers.
7. Children above 5 years will be counted as one person.
8. The voucher will be valid for the same day or the following day only, as per the stamped date on it.
9. The voucher will not be accepted after the mentioned date and time.
10. Please provide accurate contact details to the reservation staff present at the Customer Service Desk.
11. Money exchange transactions worth Rs. 500,000 or above will be eligible for one Dinner Buffet voucher only.
12. The free voucher cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
13. Free vouchers against mall shopping will only be issued at the Customer Service Desk in Emporium Mall, on the ground floor.
14. Mall Management will not be responsible if the voucher is not availed within the given date and time.
15. Mall Management reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event/free voucher on Punjab Government directives or due to unforeseen circumstances.
16. Guests may pay an additional amount to upgrade a Hi-Tea voucher to a Dinner Buffet voucher.
