Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions – Twilight Bloom:

1. On shopping for Rs. 50,000 or more, get Free Entry into the setup of Twilight Bloom.
2. If you haven’t shopped, you can get an entry by buying a ticket for Rs. 500 per person.
3. You can’t re-enter on the same ticket if you have left the setup once.
4. You can spend a maximum of 5 minutes inside each room.
5. If any screen is found damaged inside the setup, he/she will be charged.
6. No more than 5 members of a family/group will be allowed to enter at once.
7. Purchase receipts from Carrefour will not be included.
8. Please note that the shopping receipts of the same date will be catered only for the Free Entry Voucher.
9. On the same date, please show your physical shopping receipts to the mall staff at the Customer Service Desk to claim a free voucher.
10. Brand/Mall employees can only enter the setup by purchasing tickets.
11. Please cooperate with the mall management and ushers when you enter the room.
12. Emporium Mall Management reserves the right to discontinue the event at any given time due to government notification or unforeseen circumstances.
13. Tickets will not be refunded.
14. Guests are not allowed to touch/damage the decor inside the setup.
15. We are not responsible for your belongings; kindly take care of your valuables.
