Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions – Summer Carnival:

1. On shopping for Rs. 50,000 or more, get Free Entry to The Summer Carnival setup for one person.
2. If you haven’t shopped, just buy a ticket for Rs. 500 per person to enter.
3. You are allowed to play each game only once.
4. Polaroid charges of Rs.150 are not included in the ticket price.
5. You can spend a maximum of 20 minutes inside The Summer Carnival.
6. Activities like Puppet show, magic show, jugglers, and acrobats will be performed at the given timings only.
7. No more than 5 members of a family/group will be allowed to enter at once.
8. Purchase receipts from Carrefour will not be included.
9. Please note that the shopping receipts of the same date will be catered only for the Free Entry Voucher.
10. On the same date, please show your physical shopping receipts to the mall staff at the Customer Service Desk to claim a free voucher.
11. Brand/Mall employees can only enter the setup by purchasing tickets.
12. Please cooperate with the mall management and ushers when you enter the room.
13. Emporium Mall Management reserves the right to discontinue the event at any given time due to government notification or unforeseen circumstances.
14. Tickets will not be refunded.
15. Guests are not allowed to touch/damage the decor inside the setup.
16. Anything Damaged in the setup will be charged to the visitor.
