TERMS AND CONDITIONS – LOVE EMPORIUM:

1. Shop, eat or play for Rs. 30,000 or above at the mall and be eligible for only 1 Free Hi Tea at The Nishat Hotel Emporium.
2. Shop, eat or play for Rs. 60,000 or above at the mall and be eligible for only 1 Free Dinner Buffet at The Nishat Hotel Emporium.
3. This voucher is valid for Nishat Hotel Johar Town only.
4. Shopping from Carrefour will not be included.
5. Shopping should be of the same date. Past dated receipts will not be entertained.
6. Physical Shopping of same day must be shown to claim the vouchers.
7. Kids above 5 years will be counted as 1 person.
8. The Voucher will be valid for the same day or the following day as per the mentioned stamped date on it.
9. The voucher will not be entertained after the given date and time.
10. Please give your correct contact details to the reservation staff present at the Customer Service Desk.
11. Money Exchange transactions worth Rs. 500,000 and above would be given 1 Dinner Buffet only.
12. The Free voucher cannot be sold out to another person.
13. The Free Voucher against Mall shopping will only be given at Customer Service Desk in Emporium Mall, ground floor.
14. Mall Management will not be responsible if one has not availed the free voucher in the given date and time.
15. Mall Management reserves the right to modify/postpone or cancel the event/free voucher on Punjab Government directives or any unforeseen circumstances.
16. Pay additional amount to convert your Hi Tea voucher to Dinner Buffet.
