Terms & Conditions:
- LSF starts from 16th November till 28th December 2020.
- Shop for at least Rs. 10,000 at the mall and be eligible for One raffle ticket.
- Shopping should be of the same date and physical shopping to be shown to claim the raffle ticket. Past receipts will not be entertained.
- Shopping worth Rs. 10,000 during 11 am to 2pm will get you 2 raffle tickets.
- Shopping worth Rs. 10,000 after 2pm will get you 1 raffle ticket.
- Nishat hotels and properties ltd. Employees are not eligible to participate in the raffle draw.
- The tickets will be selected through a raffle draw on Monday 28th December 2020 at 6 pm onwards.
- Prize distribution ceremony will be held from 7pm till 9pm on Tuesday the 29th December 2020.
- Mall Brand owners and staff are not eligible to participate.
- The winner will be responsible for any applicable taxes or government fees on the prizes won.
- Winner must make sure to be available to attend the call within 5 minutes of the announcement at the grand draw with the raffle ticket along with the shopping receipts to claim it.
- If the call is not attended within 5 minutes of the draw the ticket will be canceled.
- Mall management will not be responsible for unattended calls made to the winners at the Grand Draw, customers are requested to be available on the
given numbers accordingly. - Money Exchange transactions worth Rs.500,000 or above would be given only 1 Raffle Ticket on the same day.
- Raffle Draw Ticket can neither be transferred nor sold out to another person.
- 2 Raffle tickets will be given on per night stay at the Nishat Hotel Johar Town, only if the person shops for Rs. 10,000 except from Carrefour , Hyundai, Haroon Sharif and VOHRA & SAIGOL (Gold purchases will not be entertained other items are included.)
- Raffle tickets against Mall shopping and hotel receipts will only be given at Information Desk in Emporium Mall, ground Floor.
- Please take care of your belongings as Mall Management will not be responsible in case of lost items.
- Shopping from Carrefour , Hyundai, Haroon Sharif and VOHRA & SAIGOL will not be included in the draw (Gold purchases will not be entertained other
items are included.) - Mall Management reserves the rights to modify or postpone the LSF20 in case of Pandemic situation during the event on Punjab Government directives
or any unforeseen circumstances. - Last ticket entry for the Lucky Draw would be at 6pm on the 28th of December 2020.
