TERMS AND CONDITIONS – House of Horrors

This House of Horrors is extremely scary with dark, confined spaces, loud noises, and flashing lights. Not recommended for people who are claustrophobic, have heart conditions, epilepsy or are pregnant. Jump scares and graphic visuals inside.
Proceed if you dare!
- On shopping for PKR. 30,000 or more, get Free Entry to the House of Horrors, or buy a ticket for PKR 900 per person.
- Bring your family of 4 and enjoy entry to the house of horrors for just Rs. 3,000.
- Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE if a guest chooses to leave the House of Horrors early/immediately or changes their mind before entering.
- Entry will be limited to a maximum of 5 members per family or group at the same time.
- Shopping from Carrefour, Hyundai, and gold purchases are not eligible for this offer.
- Please note that only purchases made on the same date will be considered.
- Please present your shopping receipts and physical purchases to the mall staff for entry.
- Brand/ Mall employees can only enter the setup if they purchase a ticket.
- Retailers/Stockists coming from outside the mall to buy in bulk will be entitled to only 1 free ticket per multiple of Rs. 500,000.
- Please cooperate with the mall management and ushers when you enter the room.
- 1 Group can spend a maximum of 15 minutes inside the House of horrors.
- Emporium Mall management reserves the right to continue or discontinue this event at any time.
- Guests are not allowed to touch, fight, or push the ushers inside the House of horrors.
- Any damages caused by the visitor within the House of horrors will be charged to the visitor.
- Children may enter only under the responsibility of their parents.
- Visitors with heart conditions and women expecting are not advised to enter the house of horrors.
